  3. This is so totally true, and it is relevant in almost every aspect of your business and life. For instance, in my work with project managers and PMOs I have discovered that it is just as important to know when to quit a project as when to fund or continue funding one. These sunk costs can be incredibly detrimental to a business, particularly if they are allocating substantial resources that prevent them from pursuing other, potentially more profitable projects.

  4. Ohhh yeah this is so true. Sometimes its better to quit that fight for nothing! But quitting is for losers only. 😀
