These are interesting tips that all new team leaders need to follow. Just because you have a certain level of authority, it does not mean that you can do whatever you wish, but, on the contrary. This is a position that requires more responsibilities and needs to be approached accordingly.

A leader has the responsibility to give appropriate directions to the team to achieve the organizational goals. Decision making and leadership qualities are must in order to direct your team on a right way.
