					<description><![CDATA[Anon--you&#039;d have to check with a Florida labor law person to know what the rules are there surrounding PTO.  I&#039;ve never worked in Florida, so I don&#039;t know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also check with HR.  If they aren&#039;t going to pay out if you haven&#039;t used it by Nov 30, take vacation between now and Nov 30.  Might as well get paid not to work.]]></description>

My company told me they had a use it, or lose it policy....But, I also EARN my PTO time throughout the year working 6 days a week and longer hours. I actually gain 6 hours of PTO evry month or pay period.  What should I do? What is my first step. Please help.]]></description>
