And if you ask the right questions, it&#039;s easy to get answers and feedback. Most people will list references that they KNOW might sugar-coat what they say. Although I had one candidate who had bad references from everyone he listed, and a couple of other candidates who listed companies on the resume that were non-existent! Google, 411, etc..... not one of them could find any of the company names.]]></description>
