					<description><![CDATA[Count me in (finally) in the 4 out of 10 (at this time).  It wasn&#039;t easy, worked my way through three college degrees while full time employed. Paid cash for my children&#039;s college degrees so they have no debt. Learned early on to spend much less than I made with an eye towards this future.  It&#039;s not how much you make, its how much you spend. 

This article is a good beginning, but the dream should be fiscally responsible, not debt laden.]]></description>
