We even put some work things on ours so that we know when the other is stuck on a 3 hour conference call or in training all day. Makes coordinating our usually flexible schedules a lot easier when something pops up during the work day without a lot of going back and forth.

A really good ice pack or heat pack. The knees and lower back need therapy after so many bike rides, soccer goals, and standing at baseball games.
We have one similar to this for our Dad in the house and he LOVES it. 15 mins and he is back up and running!

After reading the 10 Things Every Working Mom Needs... I think Dad needs a lot of the same things. My husband is big help when it comes to cooking and running around in mornings with the kiddo. So minus beer instead of wine, he probably needs the same stuff. Maybe even a manly spa day.

Are these for "at work" or just in general?
