Some companies drive for quarterly results, and automatically axe the bottom 10% each year (because turnover is better than churn, right?) While never &quot;Top Tier&quot; the B-business was a comfortable place to work effectively with pleasant people; that&#039;s a good thing. Not everyone can be &quot;SEAL Team 6,&quot; nor should be.]]></description>
