					<description><![CDATA[Having been one of those employees who qualified for a higher position but was so needed in the current position, I have dealt with a long delayed promotion process. I was so “valued “ because I was able to do the job of 3 employees because lax monitoring of the rest of the team favored by the supervisor which enabled that specific supervisor to have a easier work load. I got around this by getting the new head manager to allow me to take the required test needed to be considered for promotion which I passed with the highest score and was promptly promoted a week later despite this attempt to block my name from the promotion list. Within a year I was managing my own department. Sometimes one has to find a way around the unnecessary block to success.]]></description>
