					<description><![CDATA[I like the brand change and the reasons behind the change and hope that this will improve the communication between the company goals and what they want/need from their employees. That CEO who’s looking at the big picture end result doesn’t understand the why’s of their employees’ needs to be recognized for their work accomplishments, and that’s where HR needs to be—the middleman who knows the company needs and throughly understands how to make the employees hired better understand their role. HR needs to be technically competent to understand the discord of perception caused by today’s world of misinformation perception and know their company’s policies in detail pertaining to employment labor laws per each employee.]]></description>
