					<description><![CDATA[I work in a very liberal workplace in California, and DEI trainings have swept through repeatedly.  As a white man, it&#039;s been uncomfortable.  I like to think I treat everyone reasonably for who they are and without bias or stereotypes, but I&#039;m told that white=biased and I just have to accept that I&#039;m a vile racist...due to my race.   The &quot;I&quot; stands for inclusion, but all it ever did was make me feel like I didn&#039;t belong.   I&#039;ve never said anything about DEI, even in anonymous surveys, because I&#039;m not stupid, though.]]></description>
