As a white man, it’s been uncomfortable. I like to think I treat everyone reasonably for who they are and without bias or stereotypes, but I’m told that white=biased and I just have to accept that I’m a vile racist…due to my race. The “I” stands for inclusion, but all it ever did was make me feel like I didn’t belong. I’ve never said anything about DEI, even in anonymous surveys, because I’m not stupid, though.
