I’m launching my own company this year, with about 12 employees, and I’m thinking about the importance of human resources services. Should I hire someone for that position, or can I use an outside service or an online site? And what are the most important things I should do before I launch?

  1. The answer to this question is purely based on what kind of network you posses in the industry of your startup organisation. With all your previous experience and networking if you have the vision and expertise to know who the 12 employees would be and what kind of contribution is expected of them, then you may not need a Human Resource staff for now. Yes Third party sites and firms would be of help, however it would be preferable to have an in house human Resource employee in future for more authority and clarity on the process of recruitment
