I am so sick of hearing employers who can’t find “good people”….. we are out there, and we work hard, we have disabilities and abilities and we are human! Some of us are type A, some of us are introverts but we work hard and have skills!! This elitism is a huge factor in changing careers to something that is in demand and that I can work for myself, which means one less “talent” in the talent pool. Their loss…….
