  1. I just wish that the label–workforce planning– be changed to the efficient cost of labor needs to be to produce high profit–based on a theoretical critique of expected performance by the workers.
    Meanwhile, workers are expecting the companies to value them as individuals and will accommodate their individual needs to be able to perform at their best capacity.
    Neither idea is based on any reality situation–so here lies the problem. Until the two ideals find a compromise to blend the best of both–the corporation heads are never going to see any value in their employees because they are only looking at the effects of the cost of the labor staffing on the profits.—No Dreamjobs here.
