When a recent college graduate takes a company internship, the hope is often that it will morph into a real, paying job. But what about the many times that it doesn’t? I asked Rona Borre, CEO and founder of recruiting firm Instant Technology, how to move forward.

  1. To be honest, I think that even if the internship doesn’t end with a job offer it doesn’t really matter as such as the experience can potentially provide you with more opportunities that may or may not be superior to the one that never ended in an offer.
