An End-of-Year Checklist for Motivating Employees

There’s always a sense of starting new on January 1st. Employees are going to naturally want to be better in 2017, so now is the time to take advantage of that and make sure you’re doing everything to motivate them. Here’s a Checklist to follow.

  1. Are there companies out there who do this, at this time of year or is this done at end of business year, which is not at this time. You have mentioned good comments in article but the only ones making goals for the business are not the ones doing the day to day business. Reason most employees barely listen to these year end goals set by companies is that there is nothing said from their viewpoint so it comes across as a To Do List with mandatory goals.
