I was so lucky to be able to speak at DisruptHR Zurich, sponsored by Spot On, a company that has the absolutely coolest offices I’ve ever been in. Their mission is to bring people together and to solve problems, which is pretty much the same thing as DisruptHR.

I loved your presentation. I have (unfortunately) displayed sorrow or sadness when terminating an employee (I thought it was unjust). Most of the time, I handle it properly though.
